Media Purchase Terms and Conditions

All media for sale on this website is intended for the dancers, dancer family members, relatives of dancers and for the production studio(s) use and will not be advertised to the general public. Please contact your studio or KeatesMedia about this policy for any questions or for more information. Please allow a minimum of 4-weeks from the recorded performance for delivery.

  • All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after shipping or delivery.
  • Refund/order modifications will be considered only before the order is shipped or delivered to the studio for pickup.
  • KeatesMedia will cover any damage caused by products shipped for up to 30 days. It is the clients responsibility to contact KeatesMedia within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • KeatesMedia is not responsible should a performer not be present on stage during filmed show(s). Please check the show day(s) that were filmed prior to ordering.
  • Please verify name and address is correct for media being mailed. KeatesMedia is not responsible for incorrect address information received.
  • Names used in the production credits are typically derived from the printed program material or directly from the studio.
  • All sales are final. Please address any issues with orders within 30 days of the shipping date to KeatesMedia.
  • KeatesMedia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Orders must provide payment in full prior to delivery.
  • All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee in addition to the original purchase.
